Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified threshold — check our store for current promotions.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for applicable rates.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Hikayat is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing additional time during peak seasons such as Ramadan and Eid.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@hikayat.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
